Had a great stay, but the WiFi was a bit dodgy, and the breakfast could've offered more variety. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, though. Chur!

Chillin' in Istanbul 🌆
Had a complimentary upgrade, and the room was so lekker and comfy. The staff were absolute legends, helping me with everything, even calling Ubers. The area is super quiet, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring all that Istanbul has to offer.
Brekkie was a bit basic, could do with some more options like eggs or local goodies.

The room was spacious and impeccably clean. I loved that they provided a shaving kit and coffee right in the room. It was nice to unwind at the lovely garden area and chill by the fountain after a busy day. Just a small note, the WiFi login process was a bit of a hassle. 😊

missingWrote a review on May 21comfortable air conditioning
It was just a commendable fit for a brief hiatus in Istanbul with value for money. The air conditioner worked well, keeping the room comfortably cool during the hot days. Try to get a room on lower floors for quicker access to the lift.

The deluxe twin room was spacious, and having a kitchen setup was a unique touch, even if it lacked the cooking essentials. The garden area was a nice spot to unwind after a long day.
One lift servicing eight floors leads to long waits, especially at peak times, which is frustrating. The room cleaning on the second day was surface-level at best, and many facilities felt unfinished or under-maintained. Communication at the reception was confusing, with staff often scattered and not easily identifiable, making it hard to get assistance. The phone in the room didn't work during my entire stay, and there was a noticeable lack of care for the overall upkeep. Plus, the breakfast options were limited and consistently served cold.
